WHO WE ARE

Seven Capital Partners is a financial consulting firm operating in corporate finance: non-standard solutions for complex special financing projects, mostly non-public, that mark the salient phases of a company’s life and especially M&A, funding, IPOs, and equity investment.

The clients of Seven Capital Partners are entrepreneurs and managers of industrial companies and financial institutions, domestic and multinational, that appreciate our:

• thorough knowledge of industries and requirements
• confidentiality and independence of opinion deriving from an original company-system-entrepreneur vision that can read a context and propose ad hoc solutions

Seven Capital Partners is wholly owned by the management team and operates from offices in Milan.
